St. Sornin is a cooperative wine producer in the Charente. It does tours of the cave by arrangement and you can buy St. Sornin afterwards in the shop. The Charente is not a big wine producer opting instead for mixing its grapes with Cognac to produce “Pineau des Charentes”. However St. Sornin – certainly the “Privilege” is very pleasant both on the pallette and wallet.
